Ben is a Principal and Managing Director at SVN OAK Realty Advisors and has over 12 years of experience specializing in the marketing and sale of multifamily properties in the region. Since he began his career in 2006, he has been involved in the sale of over $700 million commercial real estate transactions and has proven himself to consistently be one of the top multifamily brokers in the region.
Max has been active in Tulsa since 1971 as a builder, developer and real estate associate. His services include real estate consulting, construction management, and plan development. Max also has extensive experience in all facets of tenant representation and commercial real estate.
Susan specializes in the leasing and sales of office and retail properties in Tulsa. Leasing activities have recently included leasing for a local Tulsa office park that consisted of 550,122 square feet. Susan has been active in Tulsa since the early 1990's as a real estate associate and has extensive experience in Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. Once a Partner in a property management, sales, and leasing brokerage firm that specialized in distressed property, Susan has experience with the RTC, RDIC and private banks. She managed properties in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas. Her portfolio consisted of Office, Retail and Multi-family assets. In early 2002 she relocated to San Diego as an Asset and Property Acquisition Specialist and eventually moved to residential sales in the LaJolla area. She was Rookie of the Year and a member of the prestigious International President's Award for sales volume.
Pam's unique experience in corporate interior architecture and space planning has allowed her to offer the highest level of service possible to clients as a Tenant/Buyer Representative in the office, investment and light industrial markets. She offers companies individualized representation and assists them with selection, evaluation and negotiation of site selections and relocations. Pam also offers clients assistance with interior design and space planning. Additionally, she brings considerable skill at negotiating with leasing companies not only on contract terms but also expertise on building tenant improvements. Along with tenant representation, Pam also represents owners as a listing agent and handles all the leasing and sales of their office, investment and light industrial properties.
Carl Quist serves as an advisor for SVN specializing in sales and leasing of industrial, retail, office, and multi/family apartments, as well as commercial land sales in Oklahoma with 17 years, experience in commercial real estate.
Bill Has been in commercial and investment real estate for 32 years. He has a Business Management degree from The University of Oklahoma. His favorite past time is duck hunting with his Chesapeake and Labrador retrievers.
Lonnie Trecek Graduated of Clark School of business with a degree small business. He as been involved
in many facets of real estate, including commercial and residential sales, construction and lending since
1970. Lonnie and his family owned and operated a Real Estate office, and owned a Mortgage company
and provided FHA and conventional financing along with Commercial financing.
His focus has been on commercial office sales and leasing, as well as commercial financing.
He is a member of the national Vietnam veterans of America; he also served on the national and state level of the Oklahoma Mortgage Broker Association and held the office of the vice president and the president for the state of Oklahoma Mortgage Brokers Association.
Casey Litsey is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at one of the top selling realty firms in the nation, SVN OAK Realty. Specializes in marketing and investment sales of multifamily properties throughout the region/nationwide.
With over 7 years of Real Estate experience, main focus is to assist clients with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily transactions. Between the years of 2019 and 2020 so far, Casey has closed $45 million worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Garrett is a graduate of The University of Arkansas' Walton College of business with a degree in finance and a minor in economics. He has worked in valuations of seniors housing as an analyst and then was a capital markets analyst for an investment sales team before joining SVN. His areas of specialty include retail, office, industrial, and healthcare assets.
As an investment and commercial property specialist with SVN OAK Realty Advisors, Jason's primary focus is on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties for a broad range of clients. After Graduating from the Collins College of Business at the University of Tulsa in 2014, Jason started his professional career as a petroleum landman in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Subsequently, Jason spent three years with the Project Management Office at American Electric Power in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he coordinated and executed an extensive portfolio of capital investment projects surrounding electric transmission and renewable energy. His new focus is comprehensive financial analysis and effective marketing of multifamily investment properties. In the first quarter of 2020 alone, Jason facilitated almost $10 million in commercial transactions.
